Richard was on top of everything and made sure I understood everything that was going on. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to meet with me to do so. I would highly recommend him to anyone that has legal issues and would use him again if I do. But let's hope I don't.

I love Richard, he went so far out of his way to help me. He always explained to me exactly what was going on and is so good with dui law I was very impressed and so glad I found him. I did a lot of research before I decided on him but he was by far more than what I was expecting!

Richard was a great lawyer. I was going to court to get a dui and got denied for a reckless three times. He was fighting and determined to do everything he could to push for a reckless. I got the feeling after the 3rd time that I would end up with a dui, and everything that came with it. He was so persistent to talk directly to the right people to figure out the reason for three denied reckless answers that he finally got them to agree on a rackless. The feeling of relief was so great. He did an excellent job at viewing my videos and collecting all the evidence and information he could and needed to make a great letter to the court in my defense. He answered every question I had and kept me updated through this whole processes. I ended up getting probation for a year and on my last court date he asked the court if it would be possible for my probation to be reduced. the complete denial to reduce my probation changed to come back in 6 months to pitition the court for a reduction on my probation. I have to say he worked hard and pushed for a great outcome. Thank you so much!

Where to begin. I hired Richard Alexander as soon as I was cited for my second DUI. I did not even bother calling other lawyers, as the moment we spoke on the phone I felt that he was the one! Richard gave me his direct cell phone number, unlike other lawyers. I never had to speak to a receptionist and wait around for days to hear back from him. He is a very busy man, in and out of the courtroom all day every day. Even then he always found the time to return my calls or text me back as soon as he could the same day. He made sure to keep me updated with any changes or updates on my case.
Richard loves and has passion for his profession. He is in it to help people like you and I. He is caring, compassionate and will go the extra mile to make sure his cases are successful. I was lucky to have had such a wonderful person represent me.
He is also very affordable, he quoted me exactly what he charged me, with out any hidden fees. He is honest, hardworking, approachable, and always made me feel at ease. He was able to get the best deal for me. I will be forever grateful.
As caring as Richard is, he kept in touch with me even after my case was closed.

My case took much longer than anyone expected but Mr. Alexander was diligent and kept me in the loop at every turn. He was always available for questions and explained everything so that a layman could understand fully. I am completely happy and would use him again without hesitation.

I received my second dui and I was lucky enough to be represented by Mr. Alexander. Although my offense was pretty serious, Mr. Alexander used every possible way to get my BAC thrown out and my dui reduced from the severity that it could've been. I definitely recommend him for his professionalism and he is very affordable.

I was charged with a dui and hired MR Alexander to represent me. From the day I hired him i felt comfort and in the courtroom he proved justice works. Mr Alexander found that there was improbable cause for me to be pulled over by the officer whom said i was swerving. My case has been dropped as of 1/18. Thank You!

On February 9th of this year I was pulled over and charged with a DUI. It was my first time being arrested I am never one to get into trouble with the law. At first before hiring Mr. Alexander I tried to reach out to a lawyer friend to help me with minuscule things before my arraignment thinking it would be my best and cheapest move which wasn't a good idea. I had sought out consultations from "mainstream" or "hotshot" lawyers prior and I simply just could not afford them. I was more than scared and nervous of what could happen until a friend of mine referred me to Mr. Alexander. Boy am I glad he did!
Mr. Alexander not only beat the "maintstream" lawyers pricing by along shot, but he comforted me and assured me he would do everything in his power, to the best of his ability, to make sure he did what he had to do to help me and reduce my charge. He made me feel like everything was okay, and not only that but when I called him he would give me advice non related to what he was hired for. He wasn't just a lawyer at that point but more so of a good friend. The other lawyers I sought out for help from I didn't feel like I could trust. That was not the case with Mr. Alexander! I knew and felt with my inner intuition that I could trust this man.
Not only did he get my charge reduced from a DUI to a Reckless, but he made sure I never had to appear in court. He literally took care of EVERYTHING! Would I recommend this Lawyer? If I said yes that would be an understatement. I am so thankful to of had MR. Alexander come into my life. He is the best lawyer anybody could ever ask for. I will forever have his number saved in my phone in case I may ever need it (hopefully I won't lol) or need to give it to someone else. In October of 2013, I was fortunate to run into Attorney Richard Alexander before my arraignment. When stopped by the police, I admitted to an officer that I was aware that my license was revoked or suspended, which made it a criminal charge. My other charge was failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. I was facing two separate charges and possible jail time. Because of my attorney, Richard Alexander, I never had to go to court during the 6 month duration of my cases. Also, my attorney saved me time and money. His fee was significantly lower than most other attorneys. The outcome of both cases was dismissed; I now have my license reinstated after being revoked for the past 7 years. Richard Alexander was a former district attorney. He has a low overhead, which creates lower fees for the client. Furthermore, I am amazed with the excellence of service. He always provided quick correspondence and kept me well in-formed. He even offered very reasonable payment options. I am very pleased with the positive outcome of my case. Hopefully this will be my last time needing an attorney, but if I ever needed one again he will definitely be my choice. Thank you, Mr. Alexander for a job well done!
